Pros

Strong company with investments in manufacturing and systems trying to make processes better and increase our ability to serve our customers.

Cons

Current CRO is very cold-hearted towards her employees and has taken away all of the “personality” of the company and employees. We are no longer a relationship-based company which is how I prided myself in serving my accounts - everything is cold and calculated putting the dollar first. No more gifts, no “Good Job”, nothing … which is a huge disappointment

Pros

The pay is pretty good. But you have to fight for it and threaten to quit to get it.

Cons

It is so incredibly busy. They don’t turn off how many orders can be submitted per day so we end up having more orders than can possibly be done. And the management just screams a lot. They really don’t seem to care about the employees. Just the money. All overtime is mandatory so we end up working 10 hours a day Monday through Friday. And Saturday. And sometimes Sunday. You have no time for a life.
