Pros

Free consultations, it's a job if you REALLY need one but not a career.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, worked there for 2 + years and only received one raise. One co-worker kept getting in trouble for speaking Spanish, yet they wanted her to take spanish calls. MAJOR favoritism, they will not pay for OT and if you do OT they will remove it from your check without warning. Have to ask for permission to go to the restroom (this isn't school y'all) will continuously get in trouble and have write ups if you call in even if it's an emergency or if you have family in hospital. Managers do no show any empathy at all whatsoever unless you're their favorite. You have to do a clean up chore before the end of your shift yet managers won't help clean up. You're stuck in a small closet type of room with 8 other people sitting side by side answering phones and the room gets crazy hot. Managenent expects you to buy your own headset.

Pros

PCP For Life is a good job for those who want to gain experience in the medical field. Working 8 hours a day for 5 days with a weekday and weekend day off is pretty good. Having over 8 different clinics and over more that 20 providers there is no time to slack around. You get to learn the preferences of majority of all the providers, various medications, procedures, etc. There's always something to learn each day. Hardest part of the job was getting used to the large amount of inbound calls each day we all receive. Most favorite part of the job is being able to solve each and every patient's situations. Management is pretty good, never really had any issues. I would really recommend this job as is has a lot of growth and potential to achieve for higher positions.

Cons

High Quantity of Inbound calls. Sitting down all day long.

Pros

Healthcare, traveling between locations, co-workers get along pretty well

Cons

Do not offer raises upon evaluations. Years of experience does not have any value to managers (2+ years). Only explain proper procedures to select co- workers. Very little pay for amount of work done. Unfairness to staff. Favoritism and terrible employer to employee relationship. Retaliation for workers asking for fair and just compensation. Managers engage in gossip over former workers (blocking to avoid suits)
