PCSI reviews about "upper management"

I have multiple mental health diagnoses and they continually supported me and gave me mental health days as long as I called out before the work day started. My entire team of upper management in Central Texas was personable, supportive, and openly offered all the aid and company resources they could. The immediate manager for my area tried to share a teamwork mentality but there was always drama (5 to 8 women in their ate 50s in one office breeds drama). Personality clashes could have been handled with more intuitive leadership, but overall, a wonderful employer.

If you are a ambitious self centered individual who likes to play politics, then this is the place to work. I was a great place to work until certain people were hired. These individuals are totally self centered and in it for themselves only. They care nothing about fellow employees. Once the previous CEO and founder of the company left it was all downhill. In fighting, politics, etc.

Decent pay for a union employee and non union employee, easy to put in PTO

They do hire people with disabilities and they say they will work with your disabilities and needs. I found that they did up until my Knees had a bad issue happen that was fixable. There are some great people there and I have heard every other site is great
