- Incompetence from middle management to the top of the organization. - A place where bright careers go to die. - Unless you are a senior manager or above, there really isn't any path to career success. - Everything is done on an ad hoc basis, nothing seems planned or thought out. - All employees are over worked and there is no concern on the welfare of the employee base. - There is a culture of everything being the lower level employee's fault, no one at the top is capable of being wrong. - If you are reading this review and thinking about applying to PDC. Close the application and apply somewhere else, you will kick yourself later if you continue with the application.

The company has very poor management. The headcount has been stripped to the bare minimum. They use outdated not fit-for-purpose CRM systems which don’t integrate with other IT packages used. They frequently run out of the core products due to the mismanagement. Bullying is the norm. There is no chance of progression within the company. Managers are quite happy to take their salary and not upset the status quo and avoid and ignore issues. The turnover of staff is huge and increasing. Targets set are not achievable and set for that reason. Products manufactured are often of poor quality and often are reworked, sometimes several times.
