      Terrible Company for employees!!!

      Pros

      There is no reason to work for this crazy company! They treat employees very badly and NOT on merit based performance!! They have no idea how to measure the performance of a senior manager and lay them off left and right!! Lot of politics in the company!!

      Cons

      Very bad for the moral and confidence of a senior manager!! Not at all advisable to work for this forbidden company! People who join with aspirations and zeal would be distraught and drastically demoralized in the company and that too in a very short time!!!
