If you are looking for an employee focused company, you will find it here! They genuinely care about their employees and encourage them to grow. They show respect and are engaged with their programs. It is refreshing to know there are still great companies out there!

Decent benefits and company is pretty chill

Cons

Consolidation of company information/benefits would be nice. You use Deltek for time, ADP for setting up benefits, & the SharePoint for other random stuff. wish there was one login for all the company-related websites
