      Very shady business practices

      Pros

      It's a job if you really need one at the time and have no other choice.

      Cons

      I was fired bbecause I argued an 8% pay cut. They replaced me and then told unemployment I was laid off due to no work. A flat out unethical lie. Now I have to check in weekly to see if they have work and if they offer me my job I have no choice but to accept at whatever rate they want. They don't back their employees and treat you with no respect, decency, or humanity.

      Pros

      PFITech provided extensive flexibility in getting the work done. It is a very far flung organization. Based in CA, but our recruiter was in Tampa and was only a voice on the phone. They trusted you to get the work done.

      Cons

      I think that level of distance also makes it easy to downsize because in return all we are is voices on a phone. There is also a high degree of disorganization but that may be due to distance.
