- You get to represent most FIs in Singapore - Strong credibility

Cons

- They'll deduct as much pay as they can from your bonuses/ allowances with almost immediate effect, but pay you 2-3 months after your sale - Bonuses and incentives are one of the lowest in the industry in the first place - Slow administrative processes for simple requests such as promotions which are almost entirely dependent on how much your higher ups like you
