Pros

Not many. Made a pseudo smart investment in a CPE firm that has turned out ok for now. Staff gets emerged in many roles in a short period of time. Remote work is the norm.

Cons

Misguided leadership. Betting on the wrong grow engines fornthe future. CEO is disconnected from the daily business. To much turnover, chaos, and fear for and strategic plans to take root. And, unfortunately, sometimes a lack of integrity.

High turnover, when people left they rarely filled the vacant roles; they just redistributed work amongst their remaining employees

Leadership is Destroying this Organization

Pros

Fully remote since 2020, flexible schedule after 6 months of employment, easy to accrue PTO, decent benefits

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they’re doing, they are not dedicated to the future of the profession. 0 respect for tenured employees. If you are looking to stay here for a long time, think again. Salary is low. No opportunity to advance or make more money in the long run
