      Pros

      Fast paced, interactive and fulfilling work environment. I worked with a great group of people that I am still good friends with to this day.

      Cons

      You raise money to raise more money. The donations you are making is not directly going to the efforts you are advocating for.

      Pros

      You have lots of responsibility from day one.

      Cons

      You don't even make enough money to pay your bills. As a professional, you sleep on floors on business trips and pay for your own food. They keep canvassers from going out alone together without their manager to prevent dissent from growing in the ranks.
