Product has a strong USP and there has been significant growth over the last year If you can survive the workload, you'll learn a lot
Cons
Team is super lean and budget is tight, so marketing ideas are always scaled down and any initiatives have to be cheap Boss is a challenge to work with, although he has the potential to be a good mentor HR policies and benefits are not as updated as other start-ups, they still monitor what time you clock in/clock out and there's no profit sharing or welfare to look forward to
