Decent pay, friendly co-workers, good 401k program

Cons

Zero respect for your family/home life, only good if you're single and never make any plans as you may have to travel with zero notice. You are treated as a horrible employee if you have other plans. Owner expects you to be dishonest (read: LIE) and put others at risk.
