HUGE con: being a 77 person company, there is only "so much to do" dont expect it to be like your SAS, Cisco, or any big company.. Here youre expected to work more than 40 hours and nothing else. No social aspect, you keep to yourself and sometimes the work is cleaning up others mistakes yet youre felt like its 100% your fault

Unfortunately the C-Suite can’t get out of their own way. The COO (formerly held the title of CFO too…) is the most unprofessional and demeaning man I have ever encountered. Who can swear at and degrade their direct reports, apparently bring dog food as a motivator for a meeting, and act like an unruly teenager, continue to be in a C-Suite role? What’s worse, all the other leaders bury their heads in the sand, and put up with it. It’s sad. Not to mention, there isn’t a single female on the leadership team.
