      Wanted to have a expereince in Human resource feild

      Cons

      Non co-operative emloyees and no support form senior management, senior management was always demotivating.

      Pros

      Learnt how to NOT talk to fellow employees and experience.

      Cons

      The people already working there, don't know how to talk to new interns. They treat you very badly. Forget about respecting you as an intern, they won't even respect you as a person. Extremely low pay as compared to the long hours of work. They don't know how to talk to interns. They literally interns like dirt on their shoe. Extremely stiff rules. If can work in constant fear, hectic job then please go ahead and join this firm.Overall, the work culture/environment is pathetic.

      Nothing. Very boring environment at office

      Cons

      Too hectic, more pressure, working environment is very bad.. too much rules and regulations with less salary
