Toxic management leads to exhausting work environment

No pros at all , bad working environment

Cons

Bad experience when working at Tampines outlet. The female manager( splinster)was very strict and seemed like scolding staff without good reasons and Whatsapp her staffs all times when she was on leave or offday. The office barbarian clerk also the same, scolding her colleagues with nonsense. Lacking staffs with big sized of the store making everyone was exhausted on PH, weekend.
