Pros

Wonderful culture. Incredible team leads. People genuinely care about each other and are passionate about going the extra mile for their customers! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and everything is free (which is good because people work very long hours). Fast paced and always something new to learn.

Cons

Ownership seems to have lost their way and have a "we suffered to make it happen, you should too" mentality. They don't care about their people being overworked and understaffed. The "my way or the highway" approach that made them incredibly successful in the beginning with a great concept is causing them to crush innovation within the company and fall behind their competition (they refuse to even acknowledge they have competitors). Too much micromanagement. Perpetually unrealistic project deadlines. Everything is siloed - no information or strategy shared outside outside of "the walls" of whatever team you are on. This has a negative impact on things like new features that are constantly rolling out with no plan to inform deployment or support teams.

Pros

- Leadership really trusts people to take ownership and grow, there are plenty of opportunities if you’re determined and brave. - Ambitious management that has a strong vision for where the company, and its people, are heading. - The company delivers game-changing solutions that set new standards and influence market trends. - There’s a genuine care for clients and relationships, not just numbers.

Cons

- Strategic decisions can sometimes reflect a “one-man show” approach, despite appearances of inclusivity. -While the results remain always rewarding and worthwhile, the performance culture is very demanding, “going above and beyond” often feels like the expected norm rather than exceptional effort.

Pros

Awesome people! Good culture! Big office with lots of snacks! Great 401k and 100% paid healthcare. Interview process was stress free and the orientation was spread out in two days, and HR spend time going over the history of the company, and I literally went over to every desk to meet/ shake hands with every employee and managers - they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed on my first day. The short time I have been here I do see change is needed, but I see the steps being taken to do so. Lots of diversity which adds to the richness in the cultural landscape.

Cons

Normal growing pains of a growing company, communication could be better overall. Vacation time and holidays is low. No sick leave.
