      Working at PQShield

      Pros

      I've been working at PQShield for the past 4 years. It is one of those workplaces where you get to do super fun work and you never get bored. The company truly is work-life balance oriented and the senior management is always keen to explore and offer solutions for the employes in this direction.

      Cons

      As with any startup, there is a bit of uncertainty floating around, about the future. Is it going to work out in the end, or not ? But I strongly believe that PQShield is on the right track. The company is connected with strong customers and managed to create a big level of exposure in the industry.

      This is a fantastic place to work, especially for anyone who values a genuinely healthy work-life balance and a strong culture. PQShield allows for incredible flexibility and trust in employees to manage their own schedules and responsibilities. The culture is collaborative and supportive, with a flat hierarchy that encourages open communication and direct impact. As a finance leader, I've had the autonomy to build our department from the ground up, implementing systems and processes that are crucial for scaling, without the typical corporate bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Processes are still being built out, and roles can sometimes evolve quickly. This can be challenging for those who prefer rigid structure and a predictable day-to-day.
