Pros

None. These guys are unethical scumbags.

Cons

I applied to a job posting and Sam Foster, the company's CEO told my employer at the time. I subsequently was forced out of the company. I would strongly advise against applying to this company due to the conduct of its senior officers.

Pros

Absolutely NONE. Zero. Zip. It's pathetic how this company is still in business. I can't believe it hasn't been shut down.

Cons

Wow where do I even begin. Management is AWFUL. They provide absolutely no support whatsoever. We had a maintenance supervisor that kept treating me like I was 5, would manipulate me, lie to me and constantly bring me down in very slick ways. I presented my case to my manager 4 TIMES in professional manners advising her that he is unprofessional and rude and he needs to change his behavior. She basically stuck up for him saying it's just "how he is." I couldn't believe it. The residents are constantly screaming and yelling at your face while your manager is out of the office crying to her friends and family on the phone about her personal issues when she should be in the office assisting you and your issues. Management is always out on "conferences" leaving just you there to deal with angry residents. They provide one week of training for sales and that's it. They don't tell you about how to work with residents where there are maintenance issues, general processes and procedures for certain repairs so you can tell residents timelines...NOTHING. So you get calls that you can't answer because you were never trained and then of course management is out on some conference again so they can't help you. Don't even get me started on their HR department. When you call (I called like about 7-8 times during my career there and every time it was the same) they act like they literally cannot be bothered. The benefits are not great at all they give you the most baseline benefits they can to save upper management money. They buy properties that are pretty much falling apart, do barely any work on them and then expect YOU to sell them and when your numbers are low they have a chat with you about it and bring you down and make you feel awful when in reality it's their awful units that maintenance can't and won't do anything correctly. This company is literally a sad joke. I walked so many of their units that I couldn't BELIEVE would get rented out because of how awful they were. But I couldn't say anything because my voice never mattered in the company. I was a one man show and planned so many events on my own and didn't get a single thank you from my manager. She was awful and would gossip about her life problems to the residents there which was extremely embarrassing to me. Please save yourself and just say NO to ANY leasing consultant position!!!!!

Pros

Nice and friendly owners. The construction guy that was responsible for our projects was very effective. We had some training that was given over the phone and PowerPoint

Cons

They have eliminated the best people from the company and replaced them with inexperienced employees. Accounting department was cut in half and now there is nobody to help us.
