Pros
Honest owner. Does business properly with clients and employees. Professional leadership. Proper resources are given to employees to excel at job. Good place to learn and grow. Your success depends on your work ethic and mental toughness, but are greatly rewarded.
Cons
Door to door but not a bad thing if you’re the right person, it isn’t for everyone. Health benefits aren’t your typical BCBS/Aetna/United, it’s through CHM which is good for major things health related (paid for by employer) but not routine visits and prescriptions.
