Working schedule can be very packed. Communication with the scheduling team could be better.

Great company to work for, they really care about their employees! I feel valued working here. Benefits are good, pay is nice, and therapists are paid for cancellations, which is hard to find!

Cons

No major draw backs! Great work life balance at this company.

I worked at Proficio for 3 years and it was a great work environment. I enjoyed the clients, coworkers and my direct supervisor. I truly appreciated the guidance from supervisor Christine.
