Pros

There is nothing good to share about. As long as you are stuck to your systems and work your butt off, and if you dont care about the environment, then you can work here. Lol !! Sorry, even then you cannot work here.

Cons

Here we go! 1. New rules everyday, I guess they have a Sick Rule Book 2. No professional environment, work timings 9am till 7pm. Incase you come late , you will be questioned. Nobody cares if you ever work for extra hours. I mean who the hell on earth can handle this. 3. Neither good facilities for employee nor job guarantee 4. Very Less Pay, infact they pay on 8th of every month some times even more delayed. Poor HR policies - or you can say no HR policies 5. Worst part - A troupe of loosers, so called "Managers" handling the company since years, haven't achieved anything apart from heating up the chairs. 6. No decent Hikes. Even if you approach for hikes, you will end up signing a bond. Yes, crazy policies. 7. Unrealistic expectations from employees. Career growth Zero. 8. Some of the Postitive Reveiws are written by the company, so dont be driven by those reviews. 9. Lots and lots more. People who read this - please take my advice and stay away from joining Provab. Look else where. Dont get trapped here. 10. Last but not the the least, easy to get into this company but difficult to move out of here. Trust me!

Pros

There are no pros as much as I remember. Only good thing is the coffee machine.

Cons

I don't know where to start but here we go: 1. No Saturday off. You will even have to work on Sundays. 2. Normal working hours are 9:00 AM to 7 PM (10 hours) and this is the regular time. Moreover you will never be able leave at 7 PM as you will be burdened with load of work. 3. No P.F., the company strength is more than 150 employees and there is no P.F whatsoever. Even the government rule says that at this strength of employees, you must have PF policies but no, it's not here. 4. You will be paid on 8th of every month. (If above was not enough for you). 5. HR Policies are joke here. The people handling the company are all family members. 6. The electricity keeps on going and coming between work hours and the so called "CEO" can't even take any measure for it. Even his own cabin's power shuts off many times (LOL) 7. The type of projects company have are mostly travel based projects and you have to finish an ENTIRE project in less than 2 weeks of time (Are you kidding me!) 8. If you are not doing so, there will be enormous amount of pressure on your head to complete the project and this will justify the point number 1 about sat/sun routine. 9. Few of the 5 star rated reviews posted on glassdoor are actually posted by the company itself so do not get trap in it. Also search for provab technosoft on google to check out a load of compalins by customers for the company. 10. You are not treated as a human in here. You are like a piece of trash to company. 11. Managers! aha! another joke. Probably these loosers are working here from past 4 to 5 year because they are not getting job elsewhere and you will literally laugh at them when you realize that these people can be managers. If this review is not satisfying you, go join the company and then remember my words. If you are even an new joiner and looking to just start up here, take my advice, look elsewhere because your original marksheets will be taken by the "management" for 2 years and after 2 years you will one crying and looking back at this particular moment. Don't waste your life. Choose wisely.

Pros

I couldn't find a single positive thing about this company. So better talk about the Cons.

Cons

There are numerous things to mention here... please have a look if you are thinking to join - 1. Salary and Benefits: There were no benefits. Increment provided was very less that too they put that into variable. So on fixed income there was almost no hike. Variable is also calculated on quarterly basis and is totally dependent on individual and company's performance. Hence again minimal hike provided which will impact one's career growth. Designations provided seems good but salary is not at par with them. 2. Working hours: Office timings are 9 AM to 7 PM (10 hours per day). These are mandatory hours even when one has absolutely no work. There are 2 breaks of 15 minutes at, 11 AM-11:15 AM and 5 PM-5:15 PM, lunch at 1:30 PM-2:30 PM. Other then this ,one is not allowed to get up from his/her desk. There is a guard who monitors and questions your entry and exit if you move other then these timings. They have a weird way of tracking in/out of employees during those 15 mins breaks by maintaining a manual register entry. The guard keeps a close eye on the register entry, I wrote 11.05 AM which he then re-corrected as 11.03 AM, so you can imagine, how stringent they are with timings. 3. Leaves : There are only 12 leaves provided annually, also they have a weekend rule : IF FRIDAY AND MONDAY ARE TAKEN OFF , THEN IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS 4 DAYS OFF INCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Please be very cautious as they don't mention about this rule in offer letter. 4. Company Environment and work culture: The work place is very filthy, unhygienic and smelly washrooms, dirty cupboards, no tissue papers, seriously management needs to look into this issue. I so wish, if I could share some photos.. Regarding the Work culture, I found this very strange as all employee calls the CEO, VP and their family members holding higher positions in the company as "SIR/MAM". However Multi-national companies or IT companies never supports this kind of behavior. Also employees were never asked to have a seat during meetings with VP, this gives an impression of a master and submissive. 5. There are some lame and useless people called HR here, who have no work at all except monitoring employees and peeking into their systems. They are like "class monitors" in schools who only likes to bully people, which is their only role. 6. Company hierarchy is like a family tree. All the higher positions are held up by family members who have absolutely no clue about "software" and what it is like to have an IT company. 7. Role provided in offer letter is just an illusion. Once joining, employee has only one task "to appease the customer by hook or by crook" and they call this as "Business Development"/"Role change hierarchy model". So before joining , be very sure if you can accept to have a role change any time and work like a sales guy, who has to call customers and make them as 'LEADS' for the business. 8. No Cafeteria, one is available at the top floor, that doesn't have much options either.
