      Pros

      Remote work but that's really isn't much of a pro since most companies are becoming more flexible.

      Cons

      Very dysfunctional and lacks structure. Every single decision is filtered through the CEO. This was detrimental to turn around times, client satisfaction, and internal trust.

      Pros

      Effective leadership can greatly impact the work environment and the overall success of the company and this is very evident at this company. I feel like at PROVE the leadership team is focused on both employee and customer satisfaction, creating a positive and valued atmosphere across the board. I love the ability to work remote! I have nothing but great things to say here. I have personally seen the CEO put boots on the ground to work with his staff. If you have the opportunity I encourage you to pursue it.

      Pros

      It’s work from home but that’s not uncommon these days so not much of a Pro.

      Cons

      The company is just very unorganized. Hard to know who to go to for any issues. CEO needs a buffer between himself and his employees due to his personality but he doesn’t seem to trust his leadership that’s in place. The commission structure isn’t very lucrative. Communication between departments and overall work flow structure is pretty poor.
