      Interaction with good policy minds. Research skills writing skills improve.

      Cons

      Manager has no empathy and plays favorites in a very obvious manner. People are micromanaged, not appreciated, and overworked. You are expected to be available 24/7. The work culture is bad and pay is low.

      Good for freshers starting their careers as it gives them exposure to the policy ecosystem in India.

      Cons

      Very top down, rigid culture. Promotions are not merit based but on who can suck up to the boss. There is no innovation or growth within the organization. One should not plan on staying more than a year here.

      Very rigid management. The co-founder cum President - Madhavan - is an ostentatious and self-pompous fellow with utter disregard of completing points of view. He's well-read, albeit fares low on innovative thinking.
