Nice work environment with lots of flexibility to accommodate employee needs.
Cons
Currently the company is heavily focused on profit projects pushing all upgrades and R&D to the side. This had lead to some software becoming outdated or obsolete. There's also been some staff reductions that are started to impact teams.
Start-up mentality taking hold in a company that has grown by acquisition. New directions, newer management means things are changing. Legacy products are being updated for major clients. Union Pacific subsidiary, so some nice benefits. Good people. Many have been involved with the company for some time.
Cons
Start-up mentality to get work done. Sometimes communication between product groups isn't great but seems to be ok with the teams themselves.
