Management is helpful and responsive No micro management, you are pretty much free to recruit however you can at longs it's ethical and you produce results. Management listens to everyone's ideas and actually implements them. Small intimate company so everyone is really connected and in tune with one another. It is a great place to start and grow your recruiting career.
