      Worst company to work with ever

      Pros

      Zeros pros, Worst Company to work with.

      Cons

      1)Higher management is very unreasonable 2) salary never on time almost 15_20 days late 3) extra working will neither be compensated nor will be appreciated 4) HR is amongst the owner of the company so issues raised are never adressed from emloyee prospective . 5) employees are asked to leave the company directly in meetings 6) salarys are kept on hold if payment from client is delayed and employees are held responsible for this (as if its an freelance job) 7) politics amongst teams

      As company we were learnt one thing we should not waste time on fresher consultants as the results take ages & if anyone want salary on time pls keep your clients & employers / company update on time !! Your appreciation is depend on work! Politics created by employees only not by employers! There are people who are working with us more form than 5 years so it’s depend on employees to get their performance calculated. We met some impatient people too. Best of luck !

      Treat employees like a worker.( Even workers are treated properly then their employees), Very unprofessional, worst management more managers than employees. too much internal politics seen

      Cons

      Even slaves are treated better than us. They want the employee to die for the company. humiliate thier employees Don't join .worst Experience.

      We are taking care of employees from day one so we still have our first employees working with us !! We are positive & we know the fact we always care for employees so no need to explain more ! We always treated employees as human with all up & downs in there life ! Best of luck !

      work deadline have to define by employees not by employers!! As everyone is not efficient to work in 5 hours time !!
