      The people who work there are friendly

      Cons

      The pay isn’t enough for the mandatory overtime during busy season. The rest of the year is so slow that it’s boring.

      Great co-workers. Great environment, very friendly people. No micro-management. Great work/life balance. Genuinely a great place to start an IT Career where everyone treats each other with respect. You will have time to study technologies and advance your skillset.

      Cons

      Health benefits are average. Long walk from parking garage to office… (this isn’t really an issue but Glassdoor requires more than one “con”)
