      Company Doesn’t Care About Culture/Employees

      Sometimes free food, decent end of year gifts, some managers are enjoyable to work for

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees below upper management level, workplace is extremely mundane, minimal benefits, employees do not feel that the company listens to their wants/needs, unorganized, all decisions filter through one of the VPs who speaks rudely to basically all her peers/team members.

      Zero pros because no one should work for these people

      Cons

      The company is hard on people, managers are driven from the top to dictate how things are done and have no real input on any decisions. It was so painful on my and my family to work for this company!
