Pros
Pacific Building Systems has a lot of opportunity for growth and self development. we have amazing mentors who teach you what they know. I can honestly say this is the best place I have worked for. I enjoy being able to know and learn from the owners on a day to day basis.
Cons
we often get solicitors coming in or calling over the phone trying to be set up as a carrier and it can take time away from focusing on our customers
