Even long after I've left I cannot find any pros other than a paycheck.
Cons
I have to say, after not being there and working several other places since then it is still single-handedly one of the worst run, worst manage and worst owned trucking companies I have ever worked for. 33 years in the business and I was treated like a piece of dirt by these people. Don't bother with them.
Poor management, brand new equipment that was being poorly managed and or repaired, terrible employee management relations. They were also at the time paying their employees to give them good reviews on the Internet
