RRSP package was good. A few decent employees who you would want to be friends with.

Cons

Was told by my manager that I was (and I quote) "grossly underpaid as my counterparts, because I was a married female". Too much micromanaging by managers Lots of backstabbing by coworkers in your department. Managers are hired that have no idea about the organization, and don't take the time to learn about it.

Terrible managment of a company on a downward slide.

This company provides competitive pay and benefits with all of the other larger service companies out there. Horrible Management.

Cons

The problem is this company is not a large service company and likes to act that way. They are positioning themselves terribly for the next few years.
