They can fire you anytime, it's not an IT company it's in to publishing. No Job security They can move you IN - OUT of the project without informing you within hour time i can see first company in my entire life who do the restructuring after each 1 month CTO's prime focus is on Cost cutting Less Salary. Don't at all give variable Pay.

Packts is a good place to start your career if you're looking to get in to the (E)learning domain. Or into tech for that matter. I made some great friends and met amazing people in my time at Packt.
Cons
Packt doesn't have a good employee retention policy. An attempt to retain the employee would seem to the employee that Packt cares. I really hope the management reads this.
