      Lots of free stuff - great technology set up for you to succeed - flexible

      Cons

      You have to be well liked by the management/training team and disagreeing with them or being a strong personality type will not serve you well.

      Questionable leadership operations, failure in HR

      Fun place, enjoyable people, lots of fun gifts, upbeat and very culture minded

      Cons

      If leadership doesn’t like you they will make you miserable and give you ultimatums to meet or you will quickly lose your job! Or just fire you. Also blatantly ignoring FLSA laws by making overtime have to be approved and then denying time cards that had some amount of overtime despite it being worked with proof of work. HR ignored it when brought up and then allowed said person to be let go for “abusing” overtime despite not being paid for much of it.
