People constantly disappear with a ‘X has left the business’. No one knows who’s next and heads of and directors are completely incompetent. A lot have been there for many years and quick to fire anyone who might threaten them. Really toxic culture that needs dealing with from the top before anyone who knows what they are doing leaves or is fired. The churn of staff is wild. It’s go worse over the past year, with leadership being told to handle performance but using it as an excuse to fire anyone who might not ‘fit’ and control their power. It’s happening in all departments
