Laid back environment No micro managing Small teams of people Build friendships Good for social personalities Always something fun lined up for promos and marketing and you get free merchandise and rewarded with little gifts every now and then Great if you enjoy sport as your sat watching it all day
Cons
Some customers may be angry and aggressive if loosing bets As the business has changed over the years they have forced marketing onto shop staff by having them push online service on customers who dont want them No chances of career progression
