Pros

Exposure to fast-paced startup environment. • Some team members outside Channel Development were supportive and talented.

Cons

I would strongly caution anyone considering joining the Channel Development team at PagarBook. The work culture in this team is riddled with internal politics, credit-hogging, and favoritism. Individuals like Kajal Gupta and Zeelan Basha were central to this toxic environment, often engaging in manipulative behavior and taking credit for others’ work to gain favor with senior management. Constructive feedback is rarely encouraged, and the focus is more on pleasing superiors than actual performance or collaboration. If you value professional integrity, teamwork, and a healthy work atmosphere, this might not be the right place.

Pros

Initialy very good and supportive team leaders you will get. Products are strong no doubt.

Cons

By the time as i felt company's working culture was like use and throw type of work. Provided data's for calling are completly worthless all the time repeated contacts they providing to every new employee. For the servival you have to generate your own leads otherwise you can't servive here. And very late procedure for products delevery by the reason of this customers are loosing thier trust from employees. As i feel.

Only company name thats it nothing extra.

1. Their is no vision of this company. 2. They dont have any idea of how to do work. 3. They had provided me a training for a period of 2 Hours and on the same day,the sales manager asked for sales. 4. After 5-6 days of joining he threated that he will expell me from the company if i didnt do a sale per day. 5. They dont even provide you the Proper product training and also you have to generate the lead to sale all from yourself .Company do not provide any data to you and yes they need sale per day of they threat you that they will expell you if you dont do that. 6. What ever personal mishappened to manager and senior are the Genuine but if you have the same, then it is Fake one and they just always trying to prove that you are giving fake excuses even if you are suffering from CORONA, for them it is just fake. 7. They have just HIRE & FIRE policy , and play with the someone careers.They want sale everyday and if you fail, they just say you to resign or they will terminate one the 1st month. 8. Dont hope that they provide any day to understand the market or such thing, for them from first day of joinee sale is required or they just ask to leave in 7 days also, as few person who join with me,they are asked to leave in 7 days. 9. I joined here on 1st april 2021 and on 08 May 2021 they asked me to resign or they will terminate it and i have recording of all this with me. 10. Try to find better job as these people with mark a bad impact on your Resume or you have to strick down this experiance.
