      Poor Company with drunk Managers during working hours

      Pros

      1. Nothing to appreciate. Have never seen such company environment before, anywhere.

      Cons

      1. The Manager came drunk during the office hours and have meetings. 2. Why not the managers rusticate such employees. Poor Company with worst work environment. 3. Won't ask female employees to join such company

      1. Poor Managment skill, Technical Skills.(Module lead is VP of Tech, Software trainee is Engineering Manager in bureau technology team) 2. Dirty Politics 3. Only freshers join the team 4. Very less growth in term of Technlogy and salary

      Initially company managment was good, But time changes and downfall started.

      Not a great tech/finance company but great place to learn politics !!!!

      Pros

      Since it's a product-based company, so learning is great in new stack. You can learn alot.

      Cons

      Due to lots of politics going in the teams/managers, good people wont be able to survive. Managers don't have proper technical knowledge. All they know is politics. Toxic environment!! Specially bureau team is one of the worst team , you'll see just politics going on in the upper level.
