      1. Systematic and disciplined leadership and management. 2. Friendliest and most professional Omani and Non-Omani co-workers. 3. Choice of flexibility in working hours. 4.Challenging Projects that will elevate your skillset and experience. 5. Chill, calm, youthful, and aesthetically pleasing workspace.

      Pros

      - Range of projects and disciplines, as a junior multidisciplinary designer this was fantastic for experience - Really collaborative, both within the company, and outside of it from collaborating with individual creatives and technologists - Empathetic and dependable management team, who really listen to their employees - Very well connected, even working at a small place the clients and contacts you can make are invaluable

      Cons

      - They've since pivoted to focus on launching their internal projects as startups (Run an Empire and Hello Lamp Post), so not undertaking client work anymore which is a shame!
