1) you can sign a bind for 2 yrs. 2) you will get really hard work over there, 11- 13 hrs work trice in a week. 3) you will be learnt and prepared for any kind of harassment 4) if u take unapproved leaves your salary will be delayed by 10 days. 9am to 9pm is fixed time for employees. if sum1 tries to leave earlier on next that HR will harass you that your performance is not good.,we wi… 5.company gives salary in after complete 2 months for fresher. 6.also gives all employees salary after client gives us:".Bhikari company".

1. different policies for different employees. 2. lack of exp persons with good working knowledge 3. no canteen not even tables for lunch u have to do lunch in standing. 4. u have to work for 11-12 hours daily for which you will not get any extra benefits. even you have to work on sundays 5. They treat you like WORKERS and harrass u as ur documents are with them. 6. they just looking for the… 7)No policies. No PF. NO tax benefit. You are getting daily labor charges

Hi, I am web designer and developer was Panacea Infotech All employees are intelligent exclude Team Leaders and PM ( Project Manager ) but they are not satisfied with company policy. you can learn lots of things.

HR department brain less. they don't know value of employee. they don't think about employee and don't care of employee. Laughing things is that they not aware from IT Slandered policy. and also company management is totally mentally harassed with employee. work environment sucks senior people are so bloody rude and manner less. you can't apply for leaves. this company is blacklisted in USA. you can ask to panacea HR or BA team. they all bidding with another company name ( Best1 ) on freelancer and elance . they work only for phase-I money they don't know what happen in next phase. so don't bussiness with them and don't join this company. if you know more about this company you can ask to any current employee of panacea. and also few lovers boys and girls are there for creating love story. all atmosphere is hot. you can't be cool. and most things is that don't trust and believe on any colleague.
