Expect to work from sunrise to sunset. Long hours. Low pay. Leaving at 5 pm is unacceptable at this company. Sometimes you have to come office in weekends too. -low hike yearly depend on company -No Work/Life balance. sometimes you have to work for morethan 10+ hrs. -Poor/ Pressurized working hours -Extreme pressurized environment -Less pay, low on employee friendly, bad training programs, untimely employee benefits -they want there employees to work like donkeys. dictatorship kind leadership at upper management. -The software code is very old and there are no plans to update -HR Management was terrible, they did not care what was going on as long as there was a profit -There is nothing professional about the people, the product or the environment. -Truly pathetic company to work for. -They cheat their employee by setting high amount of variable amount in monthly salary and never return variable amount. BIG cheaters in ahmedabad.
