      Exponential learning with great team and work culture

      1) Good work culture 2) Nice team environment 3) Higher management is easily accessible 4) Competitive salary + ESOPs 5) Enough opportunities to learn and grow

      A few things are unstructured as it's a very early stage start-up which in itself provides many different opportunities to learn and deal with things.

      The people are good, that is all.

      Cons

      The company revolves around the CEO. If the CEO doesn't like an idea you proposed he will prevent you from executing it. The location is pretty bad. It is right in the middle of nowhere. People have to travel so many kilometer, using both metro, buses and autos to reach the office. And on top of this, the office is pretty basic. They fire people here all the time. I really mean all the time. A lot of folks have been fired including the CTO also. Since the CEO has 50% of shares he can pretty much run the company as he sees fit.

      Amazing set of people. From leadership team to every single employee. You will have hands on experience of office politics and backbitching. It's such a pitiful and funny fact that some companies delete low rated comments to keep company rating high on the platform.As you can see out of 20 comments you can only see 18.

      Cons

      The whole company is con. There are reels made for red flag people. This company is red forest (if that empathises enough on the scale).
