Pros

A small R&D department where everyone's opinion matters. Interesting platform and combination between software and hardware. A great company culture that emphasizes work-life balance and keeps a healthy workload.

Cons

Being a part of a large corporation can have some disturbing side effects.

Pros

The team. At all levels of employment, the people that make up the company are people you would want to work with, and for. R&D team members are at the top of their game. Management is down-to-earth and makes employees feel like they are seen, as people not just as workers. The team feels like family. There is a lot of respect for work-life balance and particularly the needs of parents to young kids. There is a lot of freedom to work in a way that is most efficient for you (for example office vs. home working). The emphasis is on the quality of the work you do.

Cons

You are sometimes required/expected to do tasks which are not part of your job description (as is the case with most small companies).

really lets you think outside of the box and allow each individual to express themselves , great learning opportunities and always someone to learn from. the high percentage of women and a sense of equality which of course results in amazing worklife balance

Cons

Not a lot of cons, only that for me i came to a point where i wanted to give the management world a try and there wasn't such option in my area so i had to say goodbye - leaving some great friends behind
