      Late Sitting, no fixed working hours, lack of support from the management and painful environment to survive, treating employees like slaves and work pressure comes after 06:30 pm ..Does employees have their personal life or not ? You cannot plan for family or marriage till you are associated with this Company. No work life balance and employees suffers like anything here.

      Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Company has never encouraged late sitting, but provide that space to learners if they need extended time to learn newer work assignments. The Organisation provides the best of working atmosphere even during Covid where all team members have been facilitating with best of IT infra enabling them to work from the location of their choice. All the team members and their dependent family members are adequately insured for any medical emergency. Pantomath is known for its work-culture, hand-holding its team and training the team. Pantomath has deployed best of tools and direct training methods where the team is trained not only on professional but personal growth aspects as well. As per the team feedback, this is very rare to see an organisation taking so much care of its team. There have been repeated instances where team members have re-joined Pantomath as they found Pantomath experience un-parallel. Regards, Pantomath Group

      Shameful company with worst ever working environment

      Please do not expect any Pros for this company, all employees are treated as Donkeys in the company

      You may have to sit down with the management till late night around 02:00am as there is nothing much to do. You have to do only timepass from morning till evening at around 05:00 pm and post that you will get lot of work pressure which will eventually lead you to sit late night as mentioned above. Many of the talented employees resigned from the company due to this particular reason. In the mid of the financial year 2019-2020 there were around 180+ members in the company and now they are left with only around 60 members in the organization. When there were around 180+ members in the company, the number of leads with the organization was booming, but as soon as the members started leaving the organization, the number of leads also started falling which lead to decrease in the revenue of the company. They will never take care of your health and they just want you to work like a donkey in their organization. My only suggestion is to not to join the organization as they will be treating you like a donkey in their company.

      Working with Pantomath Group

      It was really a great learning experience with Pantomath Group. All the key management people are very hardworking and supportive. Been working with Pantomath for 2 years, never faced problems with Salary delay as it was always processed on time before the date mentioned on the appointment letter. The People working in Pantomath are ethical on their terms and follow the strict policy to maintain the protocols of the Company which normally all the other Companys follow. The Team Pantomath starting from the Directors to the HR are very supportive in terms working and you will always feel learning new things from them. I have never seen such a fast and growing working culture anywhere then Pantomath. It is a small firm with GREAT PEOPLE WORKING . I had a wonderful experience working with this group and because of this firm, today i am working superbly well in my current organization. I started my career with Pantomath on lay back 2015 with no knowledge and after leaving Pantomath, I gained enough knowledge... I agree all the HR policies of Pantomath as those are all similar to other Company's even more strict than Pantomath. Lot of New initiatives rolled in year 2017 in Pantomath which makes Pantomath a great company to work with. Pantomath has the best people working and this company has a good future ahead.

      Lot of work pressure in 1 person, Pantomath should increase the Manpower.
