      They have copied many technologies from other companies

      Cons

      Absolutely insane group of people. Do not waste your time here! No engineers have any clue about what do they do. Extremely poor work-culture, like your colleagues will even steal your food and laugh, fart in team meeting and talk about how they smell, seriously yes. only 1 out of 10 people are graduates, others are illiterates and cannot speak even English. Poor salary. Bad managers that will eat samosa and talk about movies in business, they have no idea what they do.

      Pros

      Friendly, challenging environment. Most employees have multifaceted responsibilities. Environmental services industry as a whole is really taking off, so plenty of opportunities.

      Cons

      So far I haven't experienced any significant cons.
