Great onboarding and culture, but direction is unclear

Pros

Paradigm has an incredible onboarding process. The people and culture are so welcoming as soon as you start. The work life balance is a big plus and every single day is a new challenge to keep your mind thinking.

Cons

Since some new upper management hires, the direction in which Paradigm is going is slightly concerning. There sometimes feels like not a lot of transparency about changes or decisions being made.

Wonderful culture, great people, phenomenal place to work. Feels like a place where growth is encouraged, and some teams give a lot of areas to grow and improve.

Cons

Written documentation on processes is lacking in some areas. Wouldn't mind more compensation, and benefits can be lacking. Some teams give less widely applicable knowledge/opportunities that are really only valuable within Paradigm itself.
