Management is good. They listen but fail to find solution for hard working deserving employees.

Cons

Poor insecure managers and TLs doesnt let the genuine emloyees climb up the ladder. Same old story.

made one or two friends Vikram Nayar(India Management) is a really good manager- you can learn a lot from him (professionally)

Cons

They can fire you anytime doesn't matter you are senior or junior. They will hire you for your profile and you are going to work on complete different domain or profile. Gurgaon management is good but some issues are always there between US management and Indian management which is too dangerous and employees suffer this. No loyalty between teams members or for the company, no leadership in team leaders, total dumb TL i have met, cant even thing out of box - and employees are so dumb that they cant even hide these things, lol
