Pros
None, bad company with bad people running it. Employees however were great people.
Cons
Took an insanely portion of commissions for an email address and an assistant, added very little value to my work. They showed their true colors three days into the pandemic by firing hundreds of people without salary, health insurance for a month.

No Opinion of CEOI worked at Paradigm Talent full-time
Pros
Loved the Nashville office vibes, less of a classist hierarchy than other offices. Worked on an awesome team with a wonderful boss. Upward mobility is possible if the right job opens up at the right time. Interns are paid!
Cons
Covid layoffs were quite harsh and very poorly communicated. Intense culture, frowned upon to be outside of office between 9am and 6pm. No one actually takes their hour lunch.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Paradigm Talent full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Wealthy owners, nice office space, easy to get promoted
Cons
Dept heads do not have the status or clients to help younger agents build their books; it is nearly impossible to sign any talent at a high level because the agency is perceived to be 2nd rate (even if you are a first rate agent); Mediocre agents and dept leaders are allowed to exist for years on end without having any results
