Pros
Opportunities to grow portfolio and rise above the ranks thanks to constant turnover and need for autonomous individuals who want to make good work. Overall mostly nice and talented people. Ability to learn and experiment with new tools and systems if your schedule allows. Pay is market rate. Great for people who like to smile through the pain.
Cons
Extreme favoritism, overloaded schedules, constant new “business directions” with no long-term thinking or follow-through. There is no creative visionary or leader and no way to know what is considered right or wrong, until you receive a rude slack message that makes you feel like you’re going to get fired for a simple mistake you didn’t even know you made. Expectation to uphold toxic positivity at all times, otherwise you are on the chopping block. I can’t wait to get out of here.
