      Interesting projects and good work-life balance, but slow decision-making.

      Pros

      Good projects lined up, good work/life balance, decent office, everyone is polite and friendly to work with, work is really interesting, niche products that everyone needs.

      Cons

      Sometimes at the mercy of NASA decision-making which is slower than molasses, lots of employee turnover, too many green space-engineers who don't know the ins/outs of real engineering, can't plan ahead more than 6 months, design methods need to be improved.

      The only saving grace is the supportive co-workers who help each other survive the madness.

      Cons

      - Leadership is completely lost and refuses to learn from failure. - Awful decisions are made constantly, leaving employees to clean up the mess. - Morale is in the gutter because no one in charge knows what they’re doing. - Every project turns into a disaster due to poor direction and zero accountability.

      There is nothing worth mentioning here unless you enjoy being disrespected and exploited.

      Cons

      Taking this job was the worst decision of my career. The workload was brutal, with crushing expectations and impossible deadlines, all while being paid a pitiful, near-entry-level salary. The managers were disgraceful, showing zero respect for my skills or effort, and treated me like a disposable servant instead of a professional. The constant disrespect, exhaustion, and lack of support made this place unbearable, and walking away was the only smart choice I could make.
