Much politics, no policy, no job security if ur package is high then u can be terminated any time without any reason.... while as per their offer letter it's mentioned that can't be terminated untill and unless u r not found guilty but they are not following and ...please think about ur carrier before joining....at 06 April 2020 they fired 25-40 emp from india without any prior information ..there is no billable projects..

The tech at Parallel Wireless does not stack well. The customers consider these products a flop when compared to the other ORAN providers. This led to the eventual layoffs due to the overall loss the company was making. The work was very lacklustre and unfulfilling. There was not much to learn during my time here. The salary given was not proportional to the amount of work they expected from us and industry standards. I developed a good idea of how politics works in a company. Weekly one-on-ones with managers generated a huge deal of pressure as they expected more and more work from you each week. Managers forced and pressured many new joinees to find a place in Pune and start working from office. This was followed by the layoffs.
